JEFF TAYLOR

Jeff has over 20 years of editing and production management experience and is the President of Elements. He is an Emmy Award winning editor with experience on a broad range of projects from long-form documentaries to commercials, promos and music videos.

Through the years, Jeff has edited with a diverse roster of broadcast and cable clients including ESPN, A&E, ABC, FOX Sports Net, CMT and OLN (now Versus).

For the past few years, Jeff was the Supervising Producer of several large projects for ESPN, The Travel Channel and others. In 2005, under Jeff’s direction, Elements produced 7 hours of original documentaries on Super Bowl history for ESPN. In 2006, Jeff oversaw production and post on a 3½ hour HD documentary series on Muhammad Ali for ESPN. In 2007 and 2008, he was the show runner for “ESPN: The Magazine at 10” and the Emmy nominated, “The Greatest Game Ever Played”, a 2-hour special that became the highest rated documentary in ESPN history.

From 1996 to 2001, Jeff was Senior Editor at National Westport in Westport, CT where he managed the editorial staff. For two of those years, Jeff served as a senior editor for ESPN’s award-winning 60 show documentary series “SportsCentury”. The series won four National Emmy Awards and a Peabody Award for excellence in journalism. Taylor has garnered a number of additional awards for editing including a CINE Golden Eagle and several Telly Awards.
